ImageVision (IV) warrants for a period of 12 months from the date of installation, and for a period not to exceed 18 months from date of invoice that MediVIEW consoles are of generally merchantable quality, free from defects in material, workmanship or design, each as determined by applicable practices and procedures in the industry. IV will not be responsible or liable for abuses in application, modification or design alterations made by others. Repair and replacement warranty is for 6 months or the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is longer. Customer is responsible for return freight costs and shipments can only be received with a prior approved Return Materials Authorization number. All other freight will be billed to the customer. |
